A Las Colinas business campus is the latest North Texas office property to change hands.
The Riverside Commons offices at State Highway 114 and Riverside Drive in Irving are at the south end of the Las Colinas Urban Center. The 4-building office complex has more than 467,000 square feet of space overlooking a lake and green space.Dallas-based investor Wolverine Interests bought Riverside Commons from a unit of New York-based Brookfield Properties.
Wolverine already has several Las Colinas office properties, including the 250 and 290 E. Carpenter Freeway buildings, and the Carpenter Corporate Center office park. More Human Remains Found in Receding Lake Mead Near Las VegasAuthorities say more human remains have been found at drought-stricken Lake Mead National Recreation Area east of Las Vegas. It’s the fourth time since May 1 that remains have been uncovered as the lake’s shoreline retreats at the shrinking reservoir between Nevada and Arizona. National Park Service officials say rangers were called Saturday morning after skeletal remains were discovered at Swim Beach. Rangers and a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police dive team went to retrieve the remains. Park Service officials say the Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office will try to determine how and when the person died as investigators review records of missing people.
