ALAMEDA COUNTY – A large grass fire was burning Thursday evening in east Alameda County, according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection.
The Tesla Fire ignited at 5:39 p.m. near Tesla and Corral Hollow roads, 11 miles southeast of Livermore. As of 8:36 p.m., the blaze covered 300 acres and was 10% contained. “Firefighters will remain at scene through the night continuing to work towards full containment,” the Cal Fire Santa Clara Unit said in a statement.
No doubt homeless did it.
