Why do they have to vote to enforce an ordinance! Enforce all the ordinances.

Don't come to Downtown L.A.! We have enough problems.

Why? There is no homes there. They l normally park in front of homes. They come & go all hours of the night and sleep all day. It's scary when they don't leave for months. They are watching your every move in your own home. And it takes forever for the police to get them to move.

Thank god. Maybe the traumatized wildlife over there can have their home back.
