LA 2028 Summer Olympics: Updated venue plan released

On Friday, officials gave an exciting update about the Los Angeles 2028 Summer Olympics and released a venue plan for the Olympic and Paralympic games. "The Olympic and Paralympic Games represent the pinnacle of athletic competition and achievement, and we’re proud to host the Los Angeles 2028 Games in some of the greatest stadiums and arenas ever built," said LA28 Chairperson and President Casey Wasserman in a press release.

Both the Canoe Slalom and Softball venues in Oklahoma City are built to international competition standards, ensuring a high-quality experience for athletes and fans." See more details of the proposed Olympic plan below. The Intuit Dome in Inglewood, the future home of the Los Angeles Clippers, will host the men’s and women’s basketball tournaments. The Crypto.com Arena, home of the LA Kings, Sparks, and Lakers will host the gymnastics competitions.
