That’s great, but to “return to work” there has to be a job to return to...many businesses, although reopening, are rehiring only a small percentage of their previous employees. And some are reopening without proper precautions, so some workers are reluctant to work...

So, what happens when there is a State mandate that forces businesses to keep people off the payroll due to spikes in Corona Virus cases. It's not like a lot of people have a choice. This whole idea that people would rather stay on the dough due to extra money is crap.
