New Houston Police Chief Finner talks plans for body cameras, rebuilding community trust

The defendant took to the witness stand Wednesday and told jurors that he shot Finner because he thought he had a gun and was going to rob him. The two made plans to go to another club but their journey ended when Finner passed up several bars and stopped their car on the residential street. Breed buried his face in his hands at the defense table as Raine addressed jurors during closing arguments.
