While celebrating the Olivia Wilde-directed movie’s Sept. 23 release, Layne, who plays Margaret, poked fun at her apparently unexpected absence.
“The best thing about #DontWorryDarling is that I was lucky enough to meet @arielstachel,” the actress, 30, wrote“They cut us from most of the movie, but we thriving in real life,” she alleged, adding the hashtags “#GotMyCheck #GotMyMan #EverythingHappensForAReason.”Layne wrote via Instagram that she is"thriving in real life."Patrick McMullan via Getty Image
I get sticking up for herself, but wouldn’t this label her a “problematic” actress by the studio and limit the number of directors that would want to work with her? Every actor no matter amount of fame get cut out of scenes and she got paid regardless how many scenes she was on
It happens in many movies, so?
So I guess she has to get her 15 minutes this way. Not a story.
I wonder why? But this movie behind the scenes sounds like a mess. If what is written is true.
