Kevin Spacey Accuser Sues for Sexual Assault

's accuser in the actor's criminal case has just filed a civil lawsuit, claiming the alleged incident left him with"severe and permanent mental distress and emotional injuries."

The man, who was 18 years old at the time, claims Spacey repeatedly groped him in 2016 at a Nantucket bar. The plaintiff worked at the bar and claims Spacey got him drunk and repeatedly grabbed his genitals.to light last year. Spacey has been criminally charged in the allgeged incident ... and he denies the allegations.

According to docs previously filed, the alleged victim told a woman at the bar he thought Spacey was trying to rape him, and he then ran out the back door and went home.

Looking for that paper. The accuser’s intentions are quite clear now.

Still don’t understand why the bar owners aren’t being sued. If the allegations are true, then they knowingly allowed an employee who they would have known wasn’t of age to drink alcohol, to be provided alcohol from their bar.

dont believe the severe mental stress but he trying to get a big check so has to amp up his victim status. If Kevin were a nobody the incident would be shaken off as an uncomfortable or awkward incident at best. we've all had them in life.
