The Biden administration purged several former Trump administration officials who were appointed by former President Donald Trump to federal advisory boards after some publicly refused to resign.President Kellyanne Conway arrive for a signing ceremony for the Department of Veterans Affairs Accountability and Whistleblower Protection Act of 2017 in the East Room of the White House June 23, 2017 in Washington, DC.
The list includes former White House press secretary Sean Spicer and former Office of Management and Budget Director Russ Vought, who are on the Naval Academy’s board of visitors, and former senior counselor Kellyanne Conway, who is on the Air Force Academy’s board.
Trump gave them appointments at the end of his Administration (YAY!!!) to reward them even though they have zero qualifications for the job.
