Carlos Vela, left, will rejoin LAFC soon after playing in the World Cup, and he’ll return to a deep roster that has a lot of options. Hot like fullback Sergi Palencia, who assisted on the first goal of the night and has started 17 straight games as LAFC went 12-2-3 in that stretch.
