Catherine is her own woman, walking her own path. She has no reason to fashion or brand herself after Diana, at all. It's actually the US that has a renewed interest in Diana's legacy and 'brand', and the value of using both.
Her dress looks like it’s from the 80’s. She needs to get away from such a drab, old lady style. Shake it up a bit. She’s only 40. It’s possible to dress classy without looking like a dried up old hen.
