Phoenix infrastructure spending post decade or so, over 300,000,000 for the South court tower downtown, they started on their website, with the top two floors available to turn into more court rooms in the future, they must really be banking on more arresting
Phoenix spent 40% of it's yearly budget on policing, that's over 900,000,000 dollars, made over 57,000 arrests, which over 2/3rds were non violent, blacks are arrested 3x more than whites..wtf is going on here? America not so free I guess. Check out my next tweet
