bought for $7.7 million in September 2019 and renamed Lake Ranch, often referring to it as “Yeezy campus.” This is the first home West purchased in the state, before buying an even bigger ranch in nearby Greybull, Wyoming just two months later for $14.5 million, a place known as Bighorn Mountain Ranch that covers 6,700 acres. The two properties are roughly 50 miles apart.
The Yeezy designer previously opened up about his ambitious plans for the future of these two massive land parcels in a May 2020 profile for. West explained that on the edge of the property he's now listed for sale, he had begun digging to lay the foundation for a project that will be “the size of a spaceship.” He also revealed that he was starting to build “dome dwellings” in order for guests to be able to visit the ranch and stay there, as well as to house Sunday Service performances.
