Officers from the Everett Police Department and deputies with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area. EPD officers requested a K9 to track any outstanding suspects after arriving at the shooting scene. SCSO located a black sedan at 128th and 4th Ave W a few minutes later.
