Quantum Leap Reboot Star Addresses How New Series Will Honor OriginalQuantumLeap star Raymond Lee explains how the NBC reboot will connect to and honor the original series: 'We are going to find every which way to have character tie-ins and Easter eggs and lots of juicy stuff for all the original fans.' Shitty cgi is the commonality, apparently. I thought that the idea was for Sammy Fuller to start Leaping to find her father and bring him home. The original series was amazing! If this could be rebooted, maybe Sliders could get a reboot next - the parallel universes in that is just as cool as the time travel in Quantum Leap The prospect of forcing me to watch NCIS Hawaii to resolve the story made me not want to watch the premier. Not Average Joe, it's 'Ordinary Joe'.
