In comments Saturday at a panel at William & Mary Law School, Judge Barrett backed Chief Justice John Roberts’s public statement last year that judges shouldn’t be seen as ideological mirrors of their patrons, which came after President Trump called a ruling that he opposed on immigration.
Walk back nearly every nationwide injunction against Trump policies and you’ll find an Obama appointee. Then count how many of those cases were overturned. Coincidence?
In today's political climate, quite obvious both sides trying to seat ideological allies. Whether Democrat, or Republican, both mostly hypocrites when denying they want rulings that favor their side. Possibly a few left wanting fair unbiased judgments, but they're a minority.
Oh yes they are. Just look at the 9th Circuit. Partisan as all hell.
So the next time the Democrats will file something against Trump‘s latest action in Texas? Or is it just by pure chance that these lawsuits are always filed in California or Hawaii or Washington Stare?

If the president didn't claim his judges or Obama judge If Congress wasn't pushing in as many nominations as it can, making big deal about how they have 'right' ideals then media wouldn't either

Judicial prejudice could not be more clear in many recent cases. They may not be 'beholden' but they certainly share many political concepts and inject them into their twisted interpretations of law.
Trump thinks the judges he installed work for him and him alone. He thinks they should side with him even if it's against the law. With trump it's right of left , black or white, never any middle ground of compromise. And that's how he wants the world. Sad for him to not see.

John Roberts became a fraud when he rewrote law with Obamacare. Should have sent the law back to Congress if it was unclear or unconstitutional—the latter was true!

Yes, you will find one or two saying this! The fundamental problem is, some judges feel empowered to override legislation! Separation of powers is a huge issue in the judicial branch!
