The mother of a 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse, the youth accused of killing two demonstrators in Kenosha, Wis., is among those scheduled to testify Friday at a hearing in Illinois that will decide whether her son should be extradited across the border to stand trial on homicide charges.
