Judge Determines Harvard's Race-Conscious Admissions Policy Is Constitutional

Harvard University’s undergraduate admissions process doesn’t intentionally discriminate against Asian-American applicants, a federal judge ruled, a victory for the university that is expected to be appealed as high as the Supreme Court.

What can you expect from an Obama appointed libral judge? Appeal!

Replace a few of those words with white. Wouldn't make a difference?

This is about as unintentional as the whites only section of the waffle house. J/K Waffle house is a quality establishment with good people working there. Just too much grease.

A decision like this creates such a strange paradigm where on the one hand people who generally believe intention is not relevant in racism are defending this decision and people who think intention matters are opposed to it.

Harvard doesn't negatively discriminate against Asian-Americans. Most Asian-American applicants fall short compare to their White-American counterparts. And they don't have enough to buy admission like the non-English speaking mainland Chinese.

That wonderful policy allowed a disadvantage women like Pocahontas Warren to land her $ 400.000,00 plus job . 🤮👿🐀

Serious question: why do they collect data on race if it can't (or shouldn't) be used?
