He has billions so no big deal to him however taxes are always trickle down and those in the middle always get impacted - we all know rarely used properly and mostly on social programs that tend to run out of control
how much bitcoin did them bitches stock up
The biggest problem is the responsible spending of the additional taxes. Responsible is the operative word. Please tell me how the giverment spends wisely now!
Boo the captain of the team benches his self . I'm the best player he says. I'll not contribute to my level. sounds like extortion.
This is the age old problem in regards to how the Government wastes tax money...it rarely is used properly!!! 👍🏻💰💰💰👍🏻
Who gets to decide ‘proper’? Maybe we can have a Committee of Proper, selected by “proper” people, to get redistributed $ to “proper” people!
We have to make our government accountable for our taxes just like JPM shareholders should hold Dimon accountable for its stock price. In my opinion it is easier to hold government accountable than Dimon. Agree? I dealt with JPM & it stinks compared to my broker Fidelity.
Well the govt wont ever live up to his aspirations
Me too.
Rich people's definition of improper use of tax dollars: Tax money collected and then spent on something that doesn't directly benefit me.
Because he knows it will never happen
Oh that argument again? Can we all have that say?
But JPMorgan doesn’t get to decide what “properly” is. The people do.
70% of your taxes dollars go straight to the wages/benefits/pensions and infrastructure of a well-padded bureaucratic class. Banks and corporations have the juice to tool the tax-code six-ways-from-sunday. This is a false discussion.
You don't get to decide.
Translation: ... if used on tax cuts for my business and capital gains taxes, but certainly not for services for *those* people.
What about actually paying the taxes instead of simply using loopholes and hiding his income from taxation?
He works for JPMorgan, he'll just get the money back another way.
Gee, Jaime, that's big of you.
My tax dollars fund wars, corporate welfare, CIA-backed civil wars, and tax cuts for the wealthy. The EITC is great, but why are the only people who get to define “proper” use of our tax money the ones who already benefit the most from it?
I think the executive 70% income tax should be legislatively mandated to be distributed to other employees of the firm, usually the bigger the number of employees the bigger the salary, more money for more people
There’s always an “if” or a “but” with these ppl. Listening to a banker is like reading the fine print of a mortgage doc.
The IRS accepts donations. No need to raise the tax, just voluntarily give up more if you want to.
If even the fox notices he is gettig away with too much hen snatching...we might need to reinforce.our henhouse
That's a mighty big 'IF' and we know how that (doesn't) work out
I agree. It is a scam on citizens the way our money is wasted. Yet they want more to waste. Look at Pelosi’s overseas trips and the family and alcohol bill. Just not her but that is a perfect example of government waste.
If he doesn't like it, he can move to another country.
'used properly” properly is the stumbling block - tax money creates such an irresistible trough for the greedy the lazy the corrupt
He then proceeds to break down what “properly” really means...
It just has to be used better than buying another yacht.
Taxes are never used properly
None of your business how taxes are used.
Like h3ll.
