The trial is due to begin on July 7, with Depp, Heard and Depp’s former partners Vanessa Paradis and Winona Ryder expected to give evidence.

You forgot to mention Amber is hiding TWO audios one in Toronto when he had to get a separate hotel room and one AFTER she got her TRO. The sun also used the fact that JD & AH are American to try to get the case dropped. Report all of it or don't report at all.

I can smell the desperation of The Sun to get the case dismiss. As far as I know they have to prove Johnny abused Amber Heard (wich is a lie), bringing this issue on the last minute it´s their last attempt to dismiss the case and shame Johnny, who btw has been very open about it
He has not deliberately withheld the texts - they were disclosed in the VA suit but his US lawyers failed to share them with The Sun. The Sun need to prove he was abusive; not that he used drugs, which he has already been candid about in his filings.

By the way, those texts were disclosed to Heard's attorneys in the VA case as part of the extraction report of texts from JD's phone over a certain time period. So they're not hiding anything. Blame his legal team.
