Shouldn't read that like much more than a diplomatic answer to a sticky loaded question: 1) Bolton is an Iran hawk 2) He knows GOP Senate is not likely to subpoena him 3) He can still selectively invoke 'Executive Privilege' on Constitutional grounds...
