Joel Embiid, Kevin Durant explain trash talk at end of Sixers' win over Nets.

The Philadelphia 76ers came away with an impressive 110-102 win over the host Brooklyn Nets on Thursday. Joel Embiid once again had a big game, pouring in 34 points — the seventh straight road game he has scored at least 30 points.

Toward the end of the contest, Embiid and Nets superstar Kevin Durant got into it when Durant began going at Embiid with some trash talk. Of course, Embiid went right back at him, and both were assessed a technical foul with Embiid yelling “go home” in the direction of Durant and the Nets. Durant did the same thing to the Sixers near the end of the Nets’ win on Dec. 16. Embiid wanted to return the favor while also respecting his friend, Durant.

“That’s the best team in the conference,” said Embiid. “Obviously, I respect them a lot. Judging by the way he was acting last time, that’s the same thing he told us. Basically, we returned the favor, but there’s a lot of respect. I always tell people, I think I can do everything on the basketball court. There’s not a lot of guys that are able to do it and if there was one player that I think is more talented than me, it’s definitely him. I have a lot of respect for him and admire his game.

The Sixers end the 2021 portion of this season’s schedule 19-16. They begin 2022 by playing host to the Houston Rockets on Monday.

Matrix 4's Ending Felt Different Than Originals For Carrie-Anne MossCarrie-Anne Moss says the final day on The Matrix 4 was 'bittersweet.' She added, 'It felt so good to have done it to have been with everyone, it didn't have quite – it had some emotion, for sure, but not quite in the way that it did years ago.' I guess this movie won't be good.

Lol. They wanted mormon women to make more mormon babies, & the sex was a plus. Not rocket science level understanding.
