Ironically oil and gas prices peaked under Biden and collapsed under Trump. Along with pretty much everything else.
Biden will destroy the jobs in the energy field and drive up the cost of energy for all Americans. He will make the US dependant on foreign oil again. This is not in dispute.
Because Biden wants to end fracking. Fracking has been very good to PA and their workers. Your line “working to portray” makes it sound like Biden isn’t pushing policies that will hurt PA’s economy.

The oil and gas sectors will continue to flounder because prices of renewable energy are so competitive - not to mention the saving-the-earth benefits and millions of jobs if we revamp our grid. This can either be a smooth transition, or we can go kicking and screaming.
