Joe Biden Faces Competition for Diverse Coalition From Bernie Sanders

LAS VEGAS—Joe Biden has made the case for months that he can best appeal to black, Latino and moderate voters. But after the Nevada caucuses, Bernie Sanders is the one beginning to show the makings of a broad electoral coalition.

The Vermont senator’s decisive victory Saturday was powered by a diverse set of voters, including overwhelming support among Latinos and young people drawn to his calls for an expansive government-run health care program and the elimination of student debt.

Absolutely stunning that anyone in the black community would STILL buy Democrat’s BS. Fifty seven years of empty promises (at every election time) and counting.

South Carolina is going to be a key indicator. I think Biden wins SC by 7-9. If it’s lower the indicator favors Sanders, if it’s higher the indicator favors Biden. If it’s in range, we have a tossup. If Sanders wins Biden might be washed.

Like the Culinary Union the leadership is against Bernie but not rank and file. Similarly, AIPAC funded Black leadership including the Congressional Black Hocus Pocus will instruct blacks to vote for Biden against their own interest but most will not

Bernie has strong support among Latinx voters including moderate/conservative Dems Latinx. Latinx voters are the largest voting block of color. Speaks to the efforts have made with them over the last 5yrs. and his policies of govt safety nets.

Joe needs to wrap it up. He should have followed his instincts and stayed out of the race. The damage to his legacy, aside from this poor performance, is not done. In fact, it may end horribly before all the dust settles over Ukraine.
