May the odds be ever in her favor! Jennifer Lawrence recently listed her swanky three-bedroom loft in New York City’s star-studded Tribeca neighborhood for a cool $10.5 million.
“The Hunger Games” actress bought the stylish 3,184-square-foot Manhattan pad, located two blocks from the Hudson River Greenway, in 2017 for $9,034,697. After five years, she is looking to cash in on a near $1.5 million profit. The condo is located in a building that was constructed in 1882 as a book bindery. The historic building was converted into condos in 2016.
A chef’s kitchen, designed by Christopher Peacock, is equipped with restaurant-grade appliances, custom wood cabinets, and slate countertops. Building amenities include an indoor pool and fitness center with a private yoga and Pilates studios, as well as a massage room and roof deck.
