With a body like that, it seems like Jenna would be working out 24/7, but she recently toldthat she has to push herself to exercise. “There are certain days or weeks where I’m so busy with work it will be harder to get in a workout and other times I’d just prefer to be with my family,” she said. “I have to make sure it’s something I want to do or I will make every excuse not to work out.”
Jenna said that she enjoys hiking with her dogs, spin classes, hot yoga, or dance-based sessions with Hollywood trainer Jennifer Johnson. “I try to work out a couple of days a week just because it’s good for my mind, body and soul—and that’s good for everyone in the house,” she said. Back in October, Jenna shared a video in Instagram of herself working out in a hotel room and it’s so impressive. “Sometimes a quick on the go home/hotel workout is all I have time for...! “ she captioned a video of herself going through the movements in hyper-speed.
