The country musician“I’m gonna be giving hugs away, like the CMT Awards,” he said.
The performance comes just after he released a duet cover of Toby Keith’s “Should’ve Been a Cowboy” with T-Pain for Amazon Music. “I’ve been covering the song and Toby’s son saw me at the CMTs and took me to the side and said, ‘Hey man, I want to let you know I’ve seen a video of you covering this song, and I think it’s one of the best versions of it ever.
This year’s Stagecoach is headlined by Eric Church, Miranda Lambert, and Morgan Wallen, and performances from Elle King, Post Malone, Willie Nelson, Hardy, and Bailey Zimmerman.
