Make-up is make-up. Costumes are costumes. Fallon was trying to be funny and he succeeded. Now he’s back tracking for whatever reason but the thing is, it’s still funny.
Of course he defends it celebrities always get a pass
Is blackface only funny when the person doing it isn’t considered racist Either it’s offensive or it’s not.. and if it is offensive then what about other races who do whiteface?
