Speaking for my own weight loss & keeping it off, dude, I don't think I would of started eating bread or pasta, when younger or pizza without thin crust, cus many don't get, if you want to be skinny, just cut those out of your diet. But I didn't learn that until age 27ish.

I’ve eaten at Balthazar once and that was enough. The food is not that good. Of all the restaurants in NYC why would he go back.
