The family says their doors were locked and the driver somehow knew a code to get in through their keyless pad, and they're left thinking whether he's done this before.

They deliver smiles, but video only on ABC13 shows an Amazon driver doing more when he enters a home without a family knowing.A family in League City is feeling uneasy after they say a driver who delivers for Amazon walked right into their home without their permission.

This happened to my ex-husband only a few days ago. Amazon left packages INSIDE his garage door. He never provided them with a code or gave permission. He called Amazon to report it. Completely shocked.

I don't believe the family's story.

We get Amazon delivered into our garage but you set it up online so they can open our garage. Never had a problem.

Thought this was a new feature for Amazon

Why post this lies. He was giving the code of the door to get in.

Yeah B.S the guy had been given the code cause he dropped off boxes took a photo and left it never showed him roaming around the house like they claim I'm sure they requested it and gave the code why didn't they call the door came like most people would've

As someone who’s worked for Amazon some customers leave the keypad code in the notes, they have deliveries which are called in home deliveries where the customer gives access to the driver to place the package inside their house… Same with the garage deliveries with Amazon…
