pete_wells nytimes This is so rarely discussed that the writer & the other folks he quotes don’t understand it is a 24 hour process for food to move through the body. He makes it sound like what he ate at the restaurant was what he pooped in their plumbing. (Rosner also isn’t aware it’s not 6 hrs)
