,” : It is time for Thomas to resign because of his ominous, unethical choices made while being a justice on the Supreme Court. No one in this country, including any and all judges, elected or appointed, should be above the law. No one in this country should be exempt from making ethical, personal decisions and choices because the rules of law do not apply to them.
No judge in this country, whether on the Supreme Court or the local municipal court, should ever think the rules of law and the decencies of moral ethics do not apply to them. This is why all judges in the entire country should be elected and not appointed, to discontinue the archaic practice of appointing collaborators. It is time for Thomas to retire before more of his disingenuous indulgences are revealed.
