A growing number of Texas rural counties are declaring local immigration “disasters”The latest county to make a disaster declaration is an eight-hour drive away from the Texas-Mexico border, but local officials there say they’re under “invasion.” 🙄 Just a money grab by economically, culturally, and socially impoverished county in north east Texas. I imagine we'll see more and more of these counties 'under siege' as they extend their hands out for Operation Lone Star funding. Worst case this a payout for republican support More weak journalism. Tell is the county hasn't been damaged...oops you can't

A growing number of Texas rural counties are declaring local immigration “disasters”A growing number of rural Texas counties are making local disaster declarations over immigration. If worded correctly, the declarations could open the county to new funding from the state. We want you to investigate if Herschel Walker voted in Texas in the 2022 midterms and if Texas is his listed as his permanent address! Illegal immigration in Texas is an invasion. Gov Abbott is inciting violence on many of the marginalized communities in our state. Stochastic terrorism.

Texas’ rural hospitals are — once again — at grave risk of closingNearly 1 out of every 10 Texas hospitals are at risk of closure, according to a report from the health care consulting agency Kaufman Hall. The risk is higher for rural hospitals than for urban facilities — a 26% risk of closing compared with a 5% risk. GregAbbott_TX will continue to govern for the benefit of donors and lobbies, not Texans. We've got 4 more years of dereliction, mass shootings, forced births, & corruption. I just don't get how people vote for these inept, fascist, corrupt, racist, Republicans. I never will. Yet … 4 more years of Abbott will destroy our rural areas and ironically they are the ones that voted for him.
