Isiah Kiner-Falefa hit a game-winning single with one out in the bottom of the 10th to give the Yankees a 3-2 win over the Padres on Saturday in The Bronx.

LeMahieu led off the bottom of the inning by being intentionally walked, and Harrison Bader followed with a bunt that sent automatic runner Greg Allen to third. The Yankees entered having lost three straight — all at home — following a five-game winning streak. The Yankees threatened against Michael Wacha with one out in the bottom of the first with singles by Aaron Judge and Anthony Rizzo putting runners on the corners for LeMahieu.

The Padres took their first lead in the seventh. Severino got the first two outs of the inning before a walk to Nelson Cruz. Severino’s final pitch sailed to the backstop and he bent over following the pitch, which prompted a quick visit from Aaron Boone.
