Not surprising since there is little to no accountability in the STEM profession regarding diversity and inclusion. Ironic that these firms and organizations refuse to hold their executives accountable, yet they will scratch their heads and complain that they can't get more cont. cont....women interested in STEM and in joining their firms. It starts at the top! Careful, don't get a science or engineering major girls, you'll be unemployed or driving the Uber, like your brother.
