Protest crowds have grown bigger and bolder since Monday’s coup.
Protesters hold up the three finger salute during a demonstration against the military coup in Yangon on Sunday.Police in riot gear blocked the main entrance to the university. Two water cannon trucks were parked nearby. — though not completely effectively. However, internet users in Yangon reported that data access on their mobile phones had suddenly been restored on Sunday afternoon.The U.S. Embassy called on the military to give up power and restore the democratically elected government, release those detained, lift all telecommunications restrictions, and refrain from violence.

Be aware 🚨 This is not the sign of reconciled with the military! But only some kind hearted citizens gave flowers, waters & snack for them! There are some soldiers who don’t have any choices.

This kind of takeover was what the Trump crowd wanted to do back on Three Kings Day - Trump wanted to be the only King. GOP better think long and hard about what's going on in that country.
Were any businesses destroyed? Were any police stations burned? Churches burned? We have a true military coup and the protest was peaceful? Maybe there is something to be learned here, by somebody.
I don't think 2000 people are going to be able to change anything.

I’m torn. Both sides in this battle for control are dictators. Both sides are genocidal & stifle speech, just in different ways (one imprisons journalists & the other shuts down news outlets and the internet). The people might be better off taking both down and starting over.
