Good luck. Nobody needs a house worth $85 million.

It just won't count, though important in $85 million home as there would be 100s of other factors.

People really need to learn some wood-shop skills. You can make a beautiful kitchen look expensive without actually spending so much. It’s the labor that costs so much, not the actual products. More people should learn the trade. It’s not brain surgery.

Not unless it comes with GDeLaurentiis to chef it up 😉
