Los Angeles’ impending crackdown could be an important test of the In-N-Out chain’s resistance to rules requiring proof of vaccination. The ordinance requires proof of vaccination to eat inside restaurants or to enter malls and other indoor venues.

Arnie Wensinger, In-N-Out’s chief legal and business officer, said after the San Francisco closure:

“As a company, In-N-Out Burger strongly believes in the highest form of customer service and to us that means serving all customers who visit us and making all customers feel welcome,” he said. “We refuse to become the vaccination police for any government.” Wensinger called San Francisco’s mandate unreasonable, invasive and unsafe for employees to “segregate customers” into groups who can and can’t be served.

Actually the ordinance doesn't include several retail businesses like large membership warehouses and other large stores. It seems hypocritical, either include all or scrap it...

Hey business owners: move out of Los Angeles. Good job mayor.

Is there a connection between this decision and them putting bible verses on their food wrappers? Not trying to be snarky just asking.

It’s time for a powerhouse like In-N-Out to take up the fight against making everyday employees enforce government regulations. They have the money for good lawyers and give zero fcks about closing a few stores.

Who else doesnt think it is the best advertising for a RESTAURANT to blatantly resist health and food safety guidelines. That's gross!
