Two young girls — 6-year-old cousins who relatives described as “best friends” — were killed in Ohio over the weekend when a 32-year-old man in a stolen police cruiser crashed into the minivan they were in, at a speed approaching 100 mph.Investigators confirmed Penelope Jasko and Eleanor McBride were killed in the crash, moments after Penelope’s mother had picked them up following the first soccer game of their team’s season.
