Updated: Oct. 05, 2023, 7:44 a.m.On Sept. 11, police were dispatched to the Justice Center jail after two correction officers and two police officers were assaulted by a combative inmate.On Sept. 9, police were dispatched to North Coast Auto Direct after an employee discovered a Chevy Tahoe was missing from the Brookpark Road lot.

An arriving officer learned there was also damage caused to another vehicle in the lot. There are no suspects.During a Sept. 8 traffic stop of a Toyota for a moving violation on Pearl Road, police discovered the Parma driver and Parma Heights passenger both had suspected felony drugs and a pocket knife.On Sept. 8, a correction officer processing a male inmate was assaulted at the Powers Boulevard. The man was charged with assault.During a Sept.

An arriving officer revived a resident using Narcan. He was also cited for disorderly conduct intoxicated.On Sept. 10, police were dispatched to a Kenmore Avenue address after a resident reported being scammed over the phone out of more than $1,000.On Sept. 10, a Tracy Drive resident called police after discovering someone removed property from the residence.
