Mariner East Pipeline has sparked a boom in fracked gas exports from Philly regionThe Mariner East Pipeline system, now completed, paid $24 millions in fines, and was three years late to the finish line. Now it's driving up exports of fracked gas liquids Our communities put at risk of a catastrophic explosion for profits for a Texas corporation and a relative handful of jobs. That aside, it’s now 3+ months since they said “completed” but ME2X still not in operation. Why? And 360k barrels daily not 740k like they told investors? And thanks for highlighting that Mariner East is NOT about energy independence as industry shills have been trying to claim over and over again. It’s for export, primarily to produce more plastic junk….something the world needs less of not more.
