Built on a quarter-acre hillside in 2004, the house recently underwent a ‘no-expenses-spared’ remodel, according to the listing.

DJ Chris Kilmore of the band Incubus has listed his Sherman Oaks home for $4.599 million. The primary bedroom has a fireplace.

The three-story, 5,579-square-foot Mediterranean-style residence has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a vault-door-secured safe room. Records show the turntablist bought the property for $2.55 million in April 2016. Archways, wood beams, custom iron French doors, and European-style fixtures and hardware further enhance the property’s character.

French doors extend the main living areas outside onto a large Saltillo-tiled balcony with wrought-iron railing. The balcony overlooks the backyard barbecue center, outdoor fireplace, and putting green.There are five fireplaces, four indoors, including in the primary suite. The suite also offers a walk-in closet, heated floors, quartzite countertops and an LED-illuminated mirror with built-in smart technology.Kilmore, 51, joined Incubus for the 1998 “S.C.I.E.N.C.E.” tour.
