When “The White Lotus” season finale airs on Sunday night, viewers may come away a little wiser about Sicily, couples vacations and modern love. Portia’s employer Tanya, a loopy rich lady in perpetual crisis played by Jennifer Coolidge, is at her most lucid when trying to hand down older-woman wisdom to her young charge.
