Seattle and surroundings have a huge homeless population. Fear was the virus would struck there especially hard because of difficulties to socially distance each other. It would be interesting to understand why this group was not affected as expected.

Avoided nothing. Inslee trying to cover his ass and Dems

because there was not 'a projected surge in Washington';
