NBCOUT This is step in the right direction! The LGBT community is finally getting the rights the Constitution was supposed to provide to all citizens in the first place. Since “sodomy laws” are all based on the Bible, the First Amendment should have made them unconstitutional.

NBCOUT I think a good argument was made that if you're looking to attract the best talent, these protections must be in place. When I graduated college and was looking for a job, I would first check a state to see its anti-discriminatory laws prior to moving there.

NBCOUT Which rights, as American citizens and human beings, do they have know that they did not have before?

NBCOUT Great news! The Constitution means! All People Are Created Equal! It is of my opinion that Women, Men, LBGTQ, and not to mention the multi-culture and Race that all deserves equal rights under our Constitution!

NBCOUT Why do some classes of people get special rights? Is a queer better than a normal person?
