As anyone who has visited Manhattan’s Diamond District knows, you can’t walk the bustling Midtown block without encountering a half-dozen sidewalk hustlers demanding, “Can I help you with something? Buying? Selling?”I’d long been meaning to visit the Diamond District to sell a dozen pieces.
