In Lake Tahoe’s traffic saga, ski resorts are the easy villains

He credits that to the resort's weekend ski shuttles: a local shuttle that stops at 13 locations throughout Incline Village, and a second shuttle exclusively for visitors staying at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe. But he also knows Diamond Peak has less demand.

In advance of the 2022-2023 season, Vail Resorts sold 2.3 million Epic Passes, valid at all Vail-owned properties, including Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood; it's a 55% increase over the past three years.
