Pres. Biden: 'My message to everyone affected is: We're all in this together. The nation is here to help. That's the message I've been making clear to the mayors, governors, energy and utility leaders.'

New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania declared states of emergency after remnants of Hurricane brought heavy rain and flash flooding. The remnants of Hurricane Ida dumped flooding rain, spawned tornadoes across the Northeast and caused dozens of deaths in areas where the storm landed.

"People were trapped in the subways. But the heroic men and women of the New York Fire Department rescued all of them. They were trapped," Biden said. Four residents of the Oakwood Plaza apartment complex in Elizabeth, New Jersey, were found dead in the aftermath of the flooding, Mayor Chris Bollwage said in a press conference Thursday morning.

At a second flooded location in Queens, the NYPD said they found a 50-year-old male, a 48-year-old female and a 2-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, within the residence. They were all pronounced dead at the scene.

We wouldn't be in this mess right now if your side hadn't cheated and trump was still in office doing the great job he was doing with everything.... gas prices low ,economy thriving, taliban afraid of the U.S. military, and the moral of all Americans would be up....

How's he going to use this as an opportunity to strip more freedoms away and put more pressure on necks of middle class Americans?

he shouldn't handcuff 'energy leaders' then
