By focusing on my diet and eating low-carb and using intermittent fasting, plus strength training, I lost 88 pounds.I was overweight for my entire life. I would go to the gym occasionally or have a workout streak, but would never see any results. I also had no idea that your diet plays a major part in weight loss. I would make small changes here and there, but I'd never be consistent with the changes.

Overall, I felt like I was too young to be as tired and exhausted as I was after a long day of work.My job consists of me standing on my feet for long hours, and the extra weight had taken a toll on me. At 29, my weight hit a high of 255 pounds. So I decided to make a change for myself, and I started my journey in July 2019.
