I just want to remind you all that Huawei not just say they are going to suing the US government, they also mention that they have evidence that the US government 'has hacked HUAWEI's servers and stolen HUAWEI's e-mails and source code'.
They can sell elsewhere. As I recall, a person they employ was arrested in Canada and extradited to the USA for prosecution. Our country is not forced to purchase anything from that company.

This is likely a ploy by China to force US to disclose thru court mandates how they discovered Huawei was exploiting data and stealing telecom data for govt intel. Court should not require any US intel to be released to them.
